Hennessey C7 Corvette May Top PaganiHuayra
When we wrote about the Hennessey Cadillac CTS-V last year we said “Wow!”
Now the Hennessey Package on the 2014 Stingray? Wowww-Wheeee and Hang On!
Delivering 450 hp, we have heard talk around the water cooler that the new Stingray is a real handful to control. And the 2014 C7 Corvette ZR1 will be even bolder, putting out around 700hp. Bahh! we say! More horsepower!
The Hennessey C7 Corvette will get a specs boost, some of which would be able to give the Pagani Huayra a run for its money. The ramped up engine will produce 1,000 horsepower thanks to its twin-turbo, but we know that it’s not all about brute force.
How would they be able to manage all that extra horsepower? Thankfully Hennessey realize this, which is why they are not doing a simple boost right up to 1,000 horsepower.
Hennessey will be dialing in significant upgrades to the suspension system and raising the car on brakes via Brembo. The tires and wheels get an upgrade as well.
